Dopo un primo cut back, F 16 flippa la vela e scende l'onda bugna avanti. E' ora di eseguire il bottom turn.

After the first cut back, F 16 flip the sail and start a clew first riding. It's time for the bottom turn.

Inizio del bottom turn con gli occhi fissi sull'onda e vela all'orza ben cazzata con la mano posteriore, mentre la mano anteriore mantiene stabile la posizione della bugna che divenuta il punto d'ingresso del flusso d'aria necessità di stabilità.

Steady looking to the lip with the front hand that keeps stable the clew as it's the new entry side of the air flow.

Notate la posizione del corpo sbilanciato verso l'interno della curva mentre la posizione del rig resta sostanzialmente invariata.
