Da sinistra verso destra : Fate una flaka normale ma a meta’ allargate la mano di poppa e portate la mano di prua sul terminale. Man mano che girate andate a prendere il boma dall’altra parte e cercate di controllare la vela bugna avanti. All’inizio rallentate la rotazione finale con la tavola , avrete piu’ tempo per pensare alla vela.

From Left to Right : Start as a regular flaka , but in the middle let your back hand go toward the clew and grab the end of the boom with the front hand. While turning catch the boom on the other side, trying tò control the sail clew first. Beginners should slow down the final rotation with the board to have a larger time to control the sail.
